Urban Agriculture as an Alternative for the Sustainable Production of Maize and Peanut

Currently agriculture has difficulty keeping up with the demand for food around world, which generated a boom in development of sustainable alternatives producing and caring environment. Therefore, present study aims to show backyard system comprising 50 cm × pinewood boxes where maize peanut were tested under control compost conditions. The experiments carried out nine months starting from production sowing crops, irrigated temporary rain. was produced by converting ~213 kg organic residues into ~300 mature compost. fertilizer treatment consisted two doses (1 doses). developing plants compared between conditions both crops.
